In this paper, the sol-gel method combined with a spray-drying method series of ultra-fine tungsten copper composite powder, the powder through the different composition, size and other performance standards, different green powder sintering behavior under liquid phase conditions research and analysis by testing the sintered microstructure and physical and mechanical, thermal, electrical properties, the influence of the preparation method and process conditions on the powder properties and the final W-Cu composite material properties, so as to prepare a high density of W-Cu composites were useful to explore and try.

The powder series have in common is: particle size were between 0.1um-1um: powder particle shape is more structured, are spherical shape; powder due to the small particle size, surface activity, leading to more serious powder agglomeration.
