As copper and tungsten are not mutually soluble, the tungsten copper alloy brick material is composed of distinct particles of one metal dispersed in a matrix of the other one. The microstructure of tungsten copper brick is therefore rather a metal matrix composite than a true alloy.

Tungsten Copper Welding Electrode

At the end of February, our client inform us our tungsten copper welding electrode which have been delivery to his company at the end of January are not suitable for his application.

He inform us maybe the material are wrong, the real material he have been used are not tungsten copper, so he send us his product. We have got his product on Mar.3, 2018. As we could not testing the material’s content, so we have sent the products to Beijing to test. Now, the the test result reports that the material is not tungsten copper, it is pure tungsten.

We inform the client we are also able provide pure tungsten, so the client requires us provide the quotation about pure tungsten to him. Now, the price are under calculating, we will provide the price to him soon. This is the tungsten copper welding electrode provided by us:

Last order, he have order some rods and some plates, he said our products are excellent. And they wook well, so he want to order more this time.

Tungsten copper plate is a combination of tungsten and copper. The manufacturing process is as follows: press the refractory metal, sinter the pressed compact at a high temperature, and infiltrate it with copper. All this is done under very closely controlled conditions. The result is a relatively hard material with superior arc and wear resistance, high physical Properties: at elevated temperatures, and good electrical and thermal conductivity.

The method of tungsten copper machining is mainly divided into two categories: infiltration and direct sintering method. In recent years, due to the rapid development of nanotechnology, directly obtained by sintering a great development.The melting point of tungsten, copper vary greatly higher than the boiling point of the copper melting point of tungsten and tungsten copper immiscible, the general method of smelting is difficult to produce tungsten copper alloy, the only powder metallurgy to make tungsten copper composites manufacturing to become a reality.

Our tungsten copper block looks like a gold block, it is so beautiful. And the longest length and width we are able to provide is 500mm, and the most thickness is 8mm. Tungsten Copper Thread Tapping Electrode

Today, we have received an email from our old client, this time, he want to inquiry a new product, tungsten copper thread tapping electrode.

The diameters of his inquiry are M3 x 0.5 and M4 x 0.7, as I am first to receive the inquiry about thread tapping electrode, so I have not experience about this product. At he help of our technical department, I have study that the client have omission the length information. And it will be better to got drawings for these products.
