The required Nickel and gold plating is applied with our unique and innovative chemical processes that produce an impenetrable, RF hardened, and long lasting finish. These advanced processes have earned us a worldwide reputation as a leader in the field of CuW plating.

With the thermal advantages of copper with the very low expansion characteristics of tungsten, copper tungsten heatsink has properties similar to those of silicone carbide, aluminum oxide, and beryllium oxide. The thermal conductivity and low expansion also make copper tungsten heatsink an excellent choice even for extremely dense circuits.

Tungsten Copper Spot Welding Electrode

Tungsten copper spot welding electrode plays an important role in ensuring the quality of spot welding, which includes conductivity, transfer the pressure and rapidly scatter the heat in the welding area.

Process
1. Special conditions for improving the contacted resistance and heat dissipation, capacitor discharge welder using large current and short energizing time can be relatively large weld the workpiece large in thickness;
2. Use electrode with different diameter and the small one used in the thin plate or the one with good performance in electrical and thermal conductivity in order to increase the current density and reduce the effect of electrode heat dissipation this side;

4. Use gasket (poor performance in thermal conductivity, thickness is between 0.2-0.3mm) to reduce the heat on this side.

Tungsten Copper Welding Electrode

Tungsten copper welding electrode general specification is D1x50, D2x50, D3x50 and D4x50. Composition of electrode is 70W30Cu, the density is 13.85, hardness is 85, conductivity is 42, this material is more suitable for welding electrode than other material. Especially suitable for capacitor discharge precision molds repair welding, resistance welding and TIG integrated solutions cold welding.
